March 6-10

Father´s Day is right around the corner. Please send in Lps. 150.00 with your child by this Friday. This money is to do a small gift and prepare breakfast to our lovely daddies. We will have a small presentation on Thursday March 16^th. DADDIES, Please mark your calendars so you can join us this day at 8:10 a.m.

It is starting to get hot in the afternoon. Please remember to have your child bring in refillable water bottle and a hat. Please make sure to put bug spray and sunscreen on a daily basis.

This week your child will be reviewing all the Word Walls with various chants and activities. The spelling challenge will be on Friday, March 10th. The six new words that we will be introducing this week are:

 For this week, we will read about Nate the Great by Marjorie W. Sharmat. 

 

We will continue our unit on Maps and Fairy tales.  We will read different versions of well-known fairy tales. Thank you so much for letting us borrow some of your fairy tales. We are having so much fun reading them in school.     

  

         

                                     

This week your child will continue learning about adding and subtracting two digit number within 100.  We will be having a Math Test this coming Friday.
