Week 8 September 28-October 2

September 28, 2015

Dear Families,
I hope everyone enjoyed their weekend! We have important information on this blog so please check every Monday and read through everything.

TECHNOLOGY AND COMMUNICATION - Technology nowadays provides all of us with wonderful ways to stay connected and informed, and we appreciate how our parents use technology to stay involved and updated of what goes on in first grade.
We would like to ask our parents to use individual whatsapp or email messages to communicate with us (Ms. Grace, Ms. Colette and/or Ms. Giselle) if there is a question or comment that needs to be made. The first grade whatsapp group is a support group for parents, and we feel that as teachers we need to use other ways of specific and individual communication. That is why you will probably not see many responses from us in this group.
If we need to send a message to all parents, we will be doing so by email or broadcast in whatsapp.
We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

The October Holidays will be from October 7th to October 9th! Therefore, there will be no school on Oct. 7th, 8th, and 9th; school will resume on October 12th.

Please make sure to look at the folders (Homework and French), take out any papers (unless indicated otherwise) and keep them at home. Then return the folder the following day.
