Dear Parents,
I hope you enjoyed your weekend!
Our school is preparing to celebrate the Independence
Day that will take place on Wednesday September 13th.
We will begin the celebrations with a Desayuno Tipico, followed by cultural presentations in each grade. First grade is in charge of presenting about the Bay Islands. If you happen to have anything related about these gorgeous islands, (corals, map, souvenirs, etc) please let me know so we can use them for our presentation. Each child will have to learn a small phrase to present. I would love to have the kids wearing clothes as if they were going to the beach on this day (Sept. 13th) such as hats, sunglasses, sandals, towels, sundresses, etc. Please avoid swimsuits.
