100 Days of School Celebration is now on Monday, February 1st. If your child has not brought in their project, please bring it in on Monday, February 1st. Each student must create a project with 100 items. Students can use their imagination and creativity. The project should include a total of 100 items. The students will present their project to the class.
We would like to ask you for your cooperation. Lately, the first graders have been playing games that are quite physical: play-fighting, throwing rocks and bark. We have talked to the kids about this and would like you to talk to your child about this as well.
This week your child will be inquiring into the following:

Word Wall- This week your child will be reviewing all the Word Walls with various chants and activities. The spelling challenge will be on Friday, February 5th.

Math- This week your child will learn more about making number by the tens and ones with numbers from 100-120.

Working With Words: Study for Spelling challenge

Everyone:
SENIORS
BAKE SALE – The Seniors will be having their
traditional Valentine’s Day Bake Sale on Friday, February 12. They will be
selling delicious treats during snack and lunch. Students may also begin to pre
order roses, candy grams, and love notes. The seniors have the pre order forms
and they will be handing them out to all students. The last day to pre order
will be Tuesday, February 9.
For
Early Childhood:
Wolves Art and Book Clubs for Early Childhood, beginning February
1, and will take place Monday through Thursday from 3:15-4:15 p.m. The monthly cost per club is Lps.600.00. After
school transportation is available at an additional monthly cost of Lps.500.00.
The Art Club will meet on Mondays and Wednesdays, and the
Book Club will meet on Tuesdays and

Middle and High School
VALENTINE’S DAY BALL (for
grades 6 – 12 ONLY) – The Senior Class will be
hosting a school dance on Friday, February 12 from 7:00 pm – 10:30 pm. The
entrance fee will be of Lps. 150 and it will include the entrance to the dance,
dinner (3 tacos and 1 gringa), and 1 refreshment. Tickets will be sold on the
day of the event. School and parental supervision will be provided. Formal
attire is required. A parents’ lounge will be available in the Information
Center for parents who wish to stay and wait for their child.
